It can clearly determinethe deformation region where stability and instability , and correspond to thethermodynamic parameters reveals different regions of the micro-deformation mechanism,as an important basis to avoid the instability zone, obtain the expected performance of theorganization and provides.In this paper, based on previous studies, we propose a relatively simple principles thataccording to the deformation potential energy difference ratio principle. The stress straincurve and axis surrounded the area as half of the stress and strain,s product , it is theexternal work done to workpiece, called potential energy. Between the two curves of areacalled potential difference, potential difference for deformation condition of differentcauses deformation and energy absorption difference, this difference led directly to thedifferent microstructure. Potential difference divided by potential energy as the percentageof the microstructure changes of energy and total energy, namely the power dissipationrate, and according to experimental data The establishment of P91 constitutive equation isset up and obtained the hot deformation activation energy Q and the related materialparameters.Under the existing method, according to the processing map theory given by Prasad,the establishment of the P91 processing maps re-use the principle of potential difference todraw processing maps, and the two methods were compared with to observe theirdifferences and similarities. Finally, some of the austenitic stainless steel for applications,and microstructure observation, describes its accuracy and applicability.
