Microwave-assisted organic synthesis technology have efficient auxiliary organicreaction speed, increase the yield of the product and selective, reduce by-products,product processing and purification simple operation, the advantages of reaction green,gradually causing more and more attention of the workers of the chemical synthesis, iswidely used in drug synthesis and fine chemical synthesis technology. As the mostabundant water in nature of the solvent, non-toxic, non-polluting, low price, is a kind ofgreen environmental protection solvent. The water phase organic reactions simple andsafe operation, overcome the toxic organic medium, volatile, inflammable, explosive etc.This paper mainly studies the microwave aided water medium N heterocyclic compoundsin the N-alkylation reaction.This paper by five chapters composition:The first chapter mainly introduced the microwave-assisted organic synthesis andwater medium the progress of organic reactions.The second chapter basically the microwave aided benzene triazole and theN-alkylation reaction. Through the use and benzene triazole and different halogenatedhydrocarbon reaction, can from the experimental results that: microwave aidedtechnology really can improve N-alkylation reaction rate, will the reaction time of reportsin the literature by two or more hours of reduced to40minutes, improve the N-1andbenzene triazole replace the selectivity of things, product yield most at80%to98%.The third chapter basically the microwave aided water medium of pyrroleN-alkylation reaction, experimental results show that the water medium pyrrole alkalineconditions can not only very smoothly and halogenated silane reaction, can also andolefins andα,β-not saturated esters reaction, and the production rate is higher. At thesame time, it is also a kind of simple, gentle and efficient synthesis N-instead ofpolymerization methods. The fourth chapter research in the water medium microwave-assisted indole andbenzene and sulfonated and different halogenated alkane N-alkylation reaction, theexperimental results show that the method can smooth make indole and benzene andsulfonated and different halogenated alkane reaction, and to respond quickly,N-alkylation products of good selectivity, do not need to toxic, volatile organic solvent,the green environmental protection.Chapter5: lists the compounds and characterization data structure.Microwave-assisted organic synthesis technology and water/medium, can promoteeffectively the benzene triazole and pyrrole. The output and, indole, benzene andsulfonated N-alkylation reaction, and has a mild reaction condition, high yield, andselective, short reaction time, speed, simple operation, and environment friendly andother advantages, accord with the green chemical concept, has potential applicationprospect.
