With the development of precision forming and less/non-chip technology development,high-speed press widely used to produce the parts of automobiles, electronics, aerospace and othersectors, is one of the important parts of the national industrial equipment. At present, the differencesof high-speed press at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in the dynamic characteristics andvibration, etc. With the closed high-speed press as research object, this paper includes dynamicsmodeling and simulation for the multi-body system, structure mechanics analysis and resonanceanalysis for press, research on the primary and secondary factors influence on bottom dead center(BDC) precision, and dynamics analysis for the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body system, which aimto discuss the BDC precision (one of the important indexes of dynamic accuracy) and vibration ofhigh-speed press.The main contents are summarized as follow:(1) Firstly, based on Hertz collision theory, the clearance joints were built. Secondly, according tothe characteristics of blanking curve, simplified and established the blanking force function. Withmulti-body dynamics software RecurDyn, built the transmission system mode of a high-speed press inaccordance with the transmission system characteristics. The significance and law influence on BDCprecision are analyzed by simulation and using the Taguchi method, which provided the references forimproving BDC of high speed press.(2) This is about structure mechanics analysis and resonance analysis of high-speed press. Usingthe finite element method to execute the press statics analysis and modal analysis, the results showthat the draw bar is borne in the biggest levers of stress and satisfies the strength requirement, butthere is possible for fatigue damage. According to the press modal analysis, the results that the curvesof unbalance inertia-force and blanking force passed Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm (FFT), provethat Resonance occurs when high-speed press was working, which provided the references forreducing the vibration of the high-speed press.(3) Considering column and draw bar as flexible body, built a rigid-flexible coupling dynamicmodel of high-speed press. Under the rules of BDC precision and vibration, analyzed that unbalanceinertia-force and blanking force affected on the overall properties of high-speed press, which providedthe references for improving of the existing high-speed press.
