With the development of digital technology, the digital signal processor(DSP)asthe core of the motion controller is to be a great development. In this paper,based on afull understanding of high-performance controller,DSP(Digital Signal Processor). Forthe sake of realizing the underlying driver of motion controller,named DSP6711. Wehave a depth research on DSP6711,produced in TI(Texas Instrument) At the sametime,based on the movement controller we have a research on NURBS (Non-UniformRational B-spline) interpolation algorithm trajectory.The content of paper include:First,consulting the reference of hardware architecture and peripherals of theDSP6711which is produced in TI company is to put up the relevant register,Based onthe CCS3.3(Code Composer Stodio3.3) platform,compiling the program for theDSP6711motion controller initialization, data communication drivers and DA (DataAcquisition) board driver. and processing sub-module debugging.Second,based on in-depth understanding of NURBS curve interpolation principle,compiling NURBS curve interpolation algorithm. Doing the emulator for NURBS curveinterpolation algorithm gets across MATLAB/C++and verifying the theoreticalsimulation.Third,based on CCS3.3platform,compiling the program for the NURBS curveinterpolation algorithm. At the same time,embedding it in the motion controller basedon the DSP6711to simulate and verify.Fourth,based on XY platform verify the underlying driver and the interpolationalgorithm. Completed Experimental platform joint debugging and achieve open-loopcontrol system in order to further the realization of the closed-loop control system forreference. |
