As a extremely important sorting equipment in the modern industrial production process,it plays a very important role in the environmental protection industry, sustainable industry, mineral collection development, biomedical,green energy industry and so on. With the development of modern industrial civilization, the innovation of classifiers has experienced a long development process. It is mainly experienced three phases, and in each phase it developed an advanced classifier. In the first phase(1880s),the representative classifiers is centrifugal air classifiers. In the second(1960s) and third(1970s late) phases,the representative classifiers are respectively whirlwind air classifiers and turbo air classifiers. The main role of classifiers is selecting the standard powder,and to be graded to remove powder particles in the standards.it must ensure the required particle size range, while the distribution of particle size on the use of the process to meet size requirements. With the development of the nationwide large-scale infrastructure construction, the state introduced a new cement industry standards, which the cement quality requirements become more stringent and directly requires a higher standard to classifiers device.O-SEPA classifiers is widely used in the cement production as a turbo air classifiers. As the core equipment in the grinding system,which features: hierarchical characteristics, and classification accuracy, set up a simple, cost-effective. O-SEPA classifiers can select the fine powder intime,and greatly improve the production efficiency of the circle flow grinding system.The internal flow field of O-SEPA classifiers is extremely complex, which greatly affect its classification results. Guide vanes is the important component of O-SEPA classifiers, and its structure and parameters have a significant impact on the flow field. So in order to improve classifiers, we must find the influence of the guide vanes on the flow field.Here take a Numerical Simulation on O-SEPA classifiers with Different structures guide vanes with the CFD theoretical support .Through analysis and comparison of experimental data, I obtain the influence of guide vanes on the flow field of O-SEPA classifiers.It plays a guiding role in the O-SEPA classifiers structure improvement.
