Study On Ecological Restoration And Landscape Construction Of Abandoned Areas Of Limestone Mine

Our country is a large country in mining industry with abundant mineralresources.The development of mining industry guarantees our country’s economicresources with a series of mining wasteland. Mining wasteland is a kind of area that isshaped when human-beings reforms land heavily in order to obtain mineral resources. It isa special style of landscape that is disturbed by human-beings drasticly. The main reason ofshaping is that the land is destroyed and occupied by mineral activities,and that it could notbe used without managing.Nowadays, the ecological, social and economic sustainable development is being paidattention to. It has been a serious subject for us to be solved urgently that how to makeecological restoration of abandoned land and reuse of resources,how to achieve thepotential value of land and landscape resources,how to effectively control the minegeology disaster to guarantee the mining style and cultural characteristics,how tocoordinate development between urban and rural areas, and finally to achieve all-roundsocial sustainable development.The paper first studied some concepts such as wasteland、mining wasteland、ecological restoration and landscape construction , features of the limestone miningwasteland, the impact of mining activities on the environment by using methods ofliterature study、investigation and research、induction and summary.Secendly, some domestic and overseas living examples of ecological rehabilitationand landscape construction of abandoned area of mine were analyzed.Thirdly,it was discussed that the strategy of ecological restoration and landscapeconstruction of limestone mine wasteland.The relevant experience and theory wereinduced. On the basis of investigation of the miming wasteland，it was designed thatoverall positioning,functional zoning,landscape planning of ecological rehabilitation andlandscape construction of mines wasteland.The transformation model of mines wastelandinclude reclamation re-green,cultural and recreation,urban and rural constructionland.Ecological rehabilitation and landscape construction of abandoned area of mine needto preserve and use the landscape elements,such as geological remains, industrialfacilities,mining remained buildings of mines wasteland, recycle used material and shape landscape elements by classical gardening.At last,the paper analyzed the background and base conditions of San You limestonemining wasteland from the perspective of ecology and landscape.It was designed thatterrain repair、vegetation restoration、functional zoning、landscape construction.Accordingto the philosophy of ecological reclamation,by using vegetation measure and suitableengineering, effectively reducing the geological disasters,retained and used originalremains landscape,developed local cultural characteristics.To scientific education for thepurpose, the mining wasteland was transformed into a geological Park that assimilated thescience study and entertainment leisure into one body,thus building a harmonious ecologyenvironment.
