Based on the foundation of“Geometric size of the non-metallic tubular components”from the enterprise, it adopts a linear CCD device TCD132D as the main research devices anddesigns of the geometric dimensions photoelectric measuring device according to non metaltubular shape.The light of the system uses a narrow spectrum of high-intensity LED and formulates aparallel light by special optical structure. According to the working theory and feature of thelinear CCD, it adopts CPLD technology to design a TCD132D timing pulse driver circuit, theA/D converter circuit for the main components of data acquisition system, in order to achievea stable micron geometric measurement of class size. By the experimental test, it indicatesthat the drive circuit is conjunct with the CCD device, gives full play to the characteristics ofthe CCD photoelectric conversion, outputs stable and reliable image signal. It uses MATLABsoftware to deal with the image signal processing and can get the testing of non-metallictubular member geometry information by the image algorithm, then accomplishes the test ofthe seized construction.
