Ordered mesoporous alumina is a new kind of nano materials which has thecharacteristic of large specific surface area, narrow porous distribution, tightly porousstructure, and strong surface acidity and so on. This new kind of material was applied inmany files.In this thesis, the ordered mesoporous alumina with high specific surface area态narrow porous distribution were prepared by the precipitation method and hard-templatemethod. The modification technology of prepared ordered mesoporous alumina wasstudied, and the structure was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, X-raydiffraction, Nitrogen adsorption-desorption instrument in order to investigated the specificsurface area, porous distribution, and long-range order of synthesized samples. Themodification of ordered mesoporous alumina by organic metal compounds was creativelyprovided to epoxidation of cyclohexene as catalyst. The catalytic activity of preparedcatalyst by different synthesis condition has been studied in detail.Inorganic aluminium salts were used as aluminum source, the ordered mesoporousalumina with high specific surface area and narrow porous distribution was prepared byprecipitation method using appropriate surfactant as template. The influence factors ofsynthesis was discussed by the quantity of surfactant, aging time, adding rate ofprecipitator.The ordered mesoporous silica (SBA-15) with the regular six-hole structure wasprepraed successfully by choosing TEOS as silica source. Ordered mesoporous carbon(CMK-3) was synthesized using SBA-15as template. The ordered mesoporous aluminahas been prepared by selectting mesoporous carbon as hard template.The modification of mesoporous alumina were carried out by inorganic metal salts andorganic metal compounds. The physical and chemical properties of mesoporous aluminawere increased or improvement through the modification.The innovation of this thesis is organic metal complexes modified orderedmesoporous alumina catalysts will applied to epoxy cyclohexane by molecular oxygenoxidation. The effection of different conditions on the reaction will be discussed and thecatalytic activity of prepared catalyst will be checked.
