The nitro chlorobenzene (is mainly to the neighborhood, nitro chlorobenzene) is an important chemical raw materials, widely used in dyes, pigments, the medicine, the agricultural chemicals, rubber additives, engineering plastic fine chemical field.In this paper, according to the company’s existing technology, in room temperature nitration legal nitro chlorobenzene single kettle test and continuous optimization experiment test foundation, USES of adiabatic technology focused adiabatic nitrification nitro chlorobenzene process research synthesis, and discussed the mixed acid composition, the ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, moisture to the influence of adiabatic nitration and corrosion resistance materials selection was conducted.
