In recent years, the special structure of rare earth elements hasreceived much attention electrochemically due to its applicationssuch as organic electric catalytic hydrogenation, chemical sensors,ion selective electrode, hydrogen storage materials. It has become anew trend of electrochemical materials science to extend it in themultinuclear transition metal complexes modified electrode field onthe surface. The main works are described as follows:1. LaHCF were prepared by electrochemical polynerzation on thesurface of a gold electrode with a potential cycling procedure. Thevoltammetric behavior of LaHCF exhibited HQ solution and the reationmechanism in the electrolysis process has been discussed in detail.The electrode exhibited high electrochemical activity and sensitivityin pH=6.60 K2HPO4—borax buffer solution, and showed a linearresponse for HQ solution of 1.0×10-9~1.0×10-8mol/L,1.0×10-8~1.0×10-7mol/L,1.0×10-7~1.0×10-6mol/L and a detection limit of 5.0×10-9mol/L. 2. LaHCF was prepared by a procedure of electrochemicallydeposited on the surface of a gold electrode with a potential cyclingprocedure. Further, hemoglobin was electrostatic adsorption on thesurface of LaHCF/Au/CME electrode, formed Hb/LaHCF/Au/CME. Thisthesis has studyed the electrochemical behavior of H2O2biosensor inpH=7.0 K2HPO4—borax buffer solution.The mechanism of biosensorhas explored and analyzed for the interaction of hemoglobin andLaHCF. The biosensor exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity, andthe biosensor demonstrated high affinity and biologicalcompatibility .3. In this study, a new type of glucose sensor is developed. Theexperiment made full use of the advantages of LaHCF film-formingwith chitosan ,and used layers of electrostatic self-assemblytechniques immobilized glucose oxidase on the surface of theelectrode.Thus GOD/CS/LaHCF/Au/CME was made. The sensor ishighly sensitive to glucose with a linear response of 4.0×10-5~1.0×10-2molï¹'L-1and a detection limit of 5.3×10-5molï¹'L-1at asignal-to-noise ratio of 3. Besides, the kinetic parameters ofelectrode reaction process has been calculated. The method fordetermination of glucose content is a better way and it has a goodprospect.
