In today society, river water environment be contaminated is common problems, another play a very important impact on people’s normal life, Therefore, the strengthening of river pollution control is very necessary and urgent.there are two main reasons caused by pollution of the rivers:Point source pollution, Non-point source pollution. Our country by strengthening the legal constraints increase environmental monitoring efforts and other means, Point source pollution to the effective control, non-point source pollution problems are highlighted gradually, Non-point source pollution because of its high spatial and temporal scope, big uncertainty, pollution component process is complex wait for characteristic, management difficulty is greater. In our country non-point source pollution is the main component for soil pollutant loss. Therefore, to truly improve river water environmental pollution condition, we must strengthen the study of non-point source pollution to choose the effective surface source pollution control measures.The research object as Yishu River Basin, separately from the water, bottom two of Yishu river water environment pollution, and by the study of the surrounding soil analysis and evaluation of water, sediment and pollutant source, according to the research results, some suggestions to improve river water quality measures, the he main conclusions are as follows: (1) River surface water ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),Total phosphorus(TP),Chemical oxygen demand(COD),the research results show that the concentration distribution:①NH3-N:River NH3-N concentration range in0.28-0.45mg/L, the mean0.36mg/L, content is generally low, were not more than grade III water quality standard; Its NH3-N concentration range in0.23-2.33mg/L, the mean0.78mg/L, concentration change is bigger, in Yi River Bridge and the Gegouba dam Office concentrations than terrestrial surface water water quality requirements.②TP:River TP concentration range in0.08-0.48mg/L, the mean of 0.26mg/ L in CuZhuang, XiaZhuang Town Office of summer water over v standard; its concentrations of TP range in0.028-1.02mg/L, the mean of 0.16mg/L, concentration changes in the concentration of YiHenan bridge over v terrestrial surface water quality requirements.③COD:Its COD concentration from 15.3 to 63.8mg/L, the mean of 27.8mg/L, content is low, Jiuqu River Bridge super V terrestrial surface water quality standard; Shu River COD concentration range 15.7~73.6mg/L, the mean concentration of 31.4mg/L, large changes in the lower reaches of the CuZhuang, and the territory of Tancheng, water quality concentration over v terrestrial surface water quality standard.④The water pollution status evaluation, COD and TP two index has exceed the standard, the water is severely affected, where COD is the primary pollutant, TP, and the river, river received varying degrees of pollution, river pollution degree is slightly larger than the Yihe river. Overall surface water contaminants and river location has a strong correlation, the river through the city, the area with serious pollution, farmland, woodland, water pollutants showing significant differences, which shows the different soil utilization types will have a direct impact on river water quality situation, also shows that the non-point source pollution water pollution is one of the important factors.(2) Yishuhe River surface sediment contaminant distribution study show that:①the Yishuhe River Basin, total nitrogen total phosphorus in the surface sediments of the distribution is very similar, spatial difference, affected by river erosion of hydrodynamic conditions and river environment influence, in the upper position, the flow rate of water content is much lower than the larger position of farmland production and living activities, people surrounded by areas, rubber dam block or a slower moving location. Organic matter distribution is different, its content of organic matter is far lower than the river, spatial difference, show that the content of organic matter and river erosion not only hydrodynamic conditions and river environment, also with the bottom soil characteristics, Yihe River for sandy soil organic matter content is small.②the determination of available phosphorus, available phosphorus content about TP content description 17.7%, farmland and human activities on water environment has caused pollution to a certain extent, and has enriched the end in the mud, once the water environment of certain physical properties change(PH, temperature), it is likely to become a part of phosphorus pollution source into the water.③According to C/N, N/P ratio and organic matter and nitrogen, phosphorus content in regression analysis, showed that carbon, nitrogen has homology, sediment organic matter and nitrogen source on biological sedimentation, and phosphorus mainly stems from the external input.④The use of organic index evaluation method and evaluation method of organic nitrog(?) in river sediments analysis shows, Yishuhe River sediment environmental quality whole is better, which belongs to a cleaning, nitrogen pollution degree of overall belongs to the cleaner.(3) Yishuhe River basin soil research showed that:①the organic matter, TN、Tp distribution characteristics are very similar, the spatial difference is smaller, more nutrients to the soil by soil utilization types, application of fertilizer, the production of human life activities. Farmland in more conventional pollutant levels were greater than the same farmland, woodland; soil fertile area content than the soil barren region, such as the YH-1~YH-3point of total nitrogen, phosphorus, organic matter content is more than YH-4~YH-6point; river city section and Tancheng section, content is higher; orchard nutrition material content is higher than that of general forest.②the determination of available phosphorus, available phosphorus content in farmland has reached a high level, and the forest of effective phosphorus level belongs to the low level. Description of farmland in the fertilization of chemical fertilizer seriously exceeded the crops demand, the remainder on soil environment pollution.③The factor of N, P through factor and comprehensive evaluation factor evaluation method of Yishu River, the surrounding soil soil erosion risk belongs to, senior, nitrogen and phosphorus loss risk is also at senior level, with the third chapter water quality investigation, found the river water pollution and soil pollution matter loss risk degree is very high similarity.
