As the only direct as well as the most saving way that can prepare nano-scale fibers or mats, the electrospinning has got more and more attention in recent years.Most people focus on it because of its wide application in lot of areas. In recent two decades, especially, more than one hundred kinds of polymers had put into experiment and went to success. A large number of literatures published in early stage show we the detail processes of preparing nano-fibers which were made from those polymers via electrospinning. But as we found that the studies of the PMIA nano-fibers made by electrospinning was very lacking. In present work, PMIA fibers with different diameters were prepared via electrospinning。In order to get the more splited and oriented PMIA nano-fibers, the electrospinning device has been improved. A device that can steer the load inject pump moving from one side to another was set up to the elctrospinning device with a rotary drum used as accept implement. This device can be used to produce fishnet-like mats by changing the process parameters. At the same time, the degree of the fiber’s crystallization and orientation has been improved. The research gave an important theory offer to the industrialization of the electrospinning.As well, the electrospinning process parameters had been optimized to get perfect electrospinning fibers with different morphology and properties. The influences of the process parameters which included the properties of the polymer agent(concentration, conductivity and so on)、procedure parameters(applied voltage, TCD and so on)for the morphology and properties has been studied.As the electrospinning research was interdisciplinarity, the control variable method was used to study the influence of the process parameters.The PMIA/TiO2: hybridization fibers has been got by optimize the process parameters. And the influence of the addition of TiO2nano-particles for the morphology、UV-resistance、light-aging resistance and the photocatalysis property of the PMIA nano-mats were discussed. In addition the filtrate properties for the hot smoke dust and the methylblue particles were also taken into consideration.Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),FT-IR,UV4501S and Labsphere UV-1000F were used to analyse the properties of the PMIA nano-fibers.
