In recent years,the researchers developed a series of large glass forming ability of Fe-based amorphous alloy,because of their excellent soft magnetic properties and excellent industrial applications.This paper studied the Fe36Co36Si4B2oNb4 alloy with large GFA,and design the new alloy of Fe5oCo25Mo4P10C4B4Si3.Using the improved small inductive rapid quenching furnace with melt spinning method in vacuum atmosphere,to study the soft magnetic properties on different formation condition.Then the prepared amorphous ribbous was annealed at T(Tg-100℃)。The soft magnetic properties was tested after annealing process,and compared with the cast condition.To searchered the best soft magntic of amorphous ribbous.This paper mainly include the following aspects:1.XRD and DSC analysed the amorphous ribbons prepared on different process.Fe36Co36Si4B2oNb4 and Fe5oCo25Mo4P10C4B4Si3 amorphous alloy had wide Supercooled Liquid Phase Region(ΔTx=43℃,41℃).The B-H magnetic hysteresis loop tested by B-H magnetic hysteresis loop instrument confirmed the coercivity Hc, and magnetic conductivityμ, was tested by Impedance-Analyzer.We know they had good soft magnetic properties.2.Fe36Co36Si4B2oNb4 amorphous ribbons was prepared by melt spinning method.The Copper wheel had cooling water.By controlling the cooling water,there were two condition of amorphous ribbons,the one was some ribbons had folded regions,the other one was all ribbons didn’t have folded region.XRD checked the amorphous structure.The result was as follow:when the copper wheel passed cooling water and part of the ribbons had folded regions,the ribbons had excellent soft magnetic properties, coercivity Hc=1.911A/m、initial magnetic conductivityμo =24796.This is because the copper wheel passed cooling water had faster cooling speed, so the ribbons had excellent soft magnetic properties.3.Fe5oCo25Mo4P10C4B4Si3 amorphous ribbons was prepared by melt spinning method. The ribbons prepared on controlling the the rotation speed of the rotating copper wheel Vs=25m/s and 19m/s.XRD checked the amorphous structure.The result was as follow:when the rotation speed of the rotating copper wheel(Vs)was faster,the soft magnetic properties.was more excellent.VS=25m/s,the ribbons had excellent soft magnetic properties,coercivity Hc=2.178A/m、initial magnetic conductivityμ0=5572.4.The Fe36Co36Si4B20Nb4 amorphous ribbons prepared on different formation condition was annealed at T(Tg-100℃).The soft magnetic properties was tested after annealing process,and compared with the cast condition.The result was as follow: when part of the ribbons had folded regions,theμ0 of annealed ribbons had reduced; when all ribbons didn’t have folded region,the Hc of annealed ribbons had reduced and heμ0 had rose,and the soft magnetic properties had strengthened5.The Fe5oCo25Mo4P10C4B4Si3 amorphous ribbons prepared on different formation condition was annealed at T(Tg-100℃).The soft magnetic properties was tested after annealing process,and compared with the cast condition.The result was as follow:the rotation speed of the rotating copper wheel was more faster,the soft magnetic properties of annealed ribbons impoved less obvious. This may be because the faster of the rotation speed of the rotating copper wheel,part of the melt,too late to cool down below to the Tg point,were flying out the the copper wheel surface.the melt temperature should be betweenTg~Tx, soft magnetic properties had strengthened dute to innerstress had released.
