Electrochemical oxidation technology is one of the Advance Oxidation Process(AOP), because of its have other treatment method incomparable superiority attract great attention recent years[1].Diamond has the highest hardness and good chemical stability, can be applied to while other materials can not be applied in a harsh environment [2].In the preparation of diamond films doped with boron element in the process, the prepared boron-doped diamond film has good conductivity and semiconductor pHotoelectric property, such as the deposition to some electrode substrate such as titanium, silicon, grapHite surface, prepared a boron doped diamond film electrodes (BDD) material, in pHysics, chemistry, biology and other aspects have been shown to have excellent application prospect [3-5], in aqueous solution electrolysis with very wide electrochemical window, small background current, high chemical and electrochemical stability, no organic compounds and biological compounds by adsorption, corrosion resistance and other advantages [6-9].Qi Wentao[10] the measured BDD electrode in neutral conditions, the electrolyte potential window for4V, oxygen evolution potential of about3.5V, has good electrochemical stability.Niobium metal has good conductivity boron doped diamond film electrodes prepared has good catalytic performance.The experiment through pHthalic acid potassium hydrogen (KHP) study of the electrochemical properties of electrolytic capacitors-new metal boron-doped diamond film electrode (Nb/BDD) which introduction of the German, and using the electrode treatment equipment to deal with the paper effluent from a paper mill in dongguan. Examine the electrolytic time, current strength and wastewater PH value, electrolyte concentration, electric conductivity parameters on the electrochemical degradation efficiency influence. The results showed that the Nb/BDD had excellent sewage removal performance,and when PH was3.0, voltage6.9V, NaCl act as electrolyte concentration0.4g/1, under the condition of electrolytic200min, devices on recycled paper paper effluent COD removal of close to70%. BOD/CODCr for0.4, energy consumption is27.6kW·h/kgCOD.
