In this paper, according to the medicine group, HarbinPharmaceutical Group of the World a pharmaceutical factory the actual productionconditions, for the Denver stomach Erkang particles are in the production process ofthe extraction plant water extracts from the liquid refining process, the application offlocculation method instead of the traditional alcohol precipitation, research chooseappropriate flocculant and reasonable flocculation process conditions, can increase themelting of the semi-finished products, shorten the production cycle, reduce costs,enhance the effective component content, according to the experimental data toresearch of flocculant effect rule.The paper first analyzes the basic nature of the Denver stomach Erkang waterextraction liquid-liquid basic properties, determined the content of the waterextraction fluid proteins, tannins and polysaccharides, in order to analysis the Denverstomach Erkang particles water extraction fluid is used the feasibility of flocculation.Then select three kinds of human avirulent and harmless organic polymer material asflocculating agent, with water extraction liquid process after the turbidity andeffective ingredients of the retention for flocculation effect according to theinvestigation, it is used to make appropriate flocculating agent, the results show that:with ZTC1+1Ⅱ type flocculating agent, the low molecular weight chitosan,medium molecular weight chitosan do flocculating agent, treatment the Denverstomach Erkang particles of the liquid water extraction effect is better than the alcoholsink method. Among them, the low molecular weight chitosan for optimalflocculation, dosage is greater than0.25g/L can have a better flocculation effect, therecommended dosage of0.35g/L, effective component retained rate all can reachmore than90%. At the same time, the experiments also show that: the best application temperature of the low molecular weight chitosan in Denver stomach Erkang particleswater extract is about30℃, the optimal mixing conditions for600r/min mixing10min,again with100r/min mixing20min.Finally, re-determination of the basic properties of the water extracts in thetreatment of the low molecular weight chitosan in the preferred process conditions,the results show that: protein content low92.3%, tannic acid content low87.6%,reserve rate of the polysaccharide content for94.5%, not only ensure the productquality is very helpful but also is very conducive to the production of the Denverstomach Erkang particles granulation.
