CNC machining is a technological method for the manufacture of CNC machinetools, mechanical displacement control components and tool of the digital informationprocessing methods. It is to solve the varied parts varieties, small batch, complexshape, high precision problems and effective way to achieve efficient and automatedprocessing.CNC machining pretreatment main task of this paper is in the CNC machiningprocess, choose a relatively simple algorithm for linear processing or arc processingmethod to approximate the non-circular curve processing, and finally to meet theobjects on the CNC machine tools, machining accuracy and real-timerequirements.Mainly related to the contents of this article is: conic CNC machiningpretreatment system. Systems involved in the two main algorithms: the interpolationalgorithm and a list of curves. Choose and design of the three algorithms:1, theinterval of2, the retractable step method3, the retractable step double arc, and finallythe use of C language program, as well as the VFP development system to meet thesystem processing accuracy, can be a straight line or arc approaching a variety oftypical quadratic curve, and outputs the coordinates of the nodes of interpolation. Thispaper, the design also takes into account the portability of the program. The userinterface is convenient, intuitive and fast. The system designed in this paper isinsufficient to make up the middle and low-NC system interpolation function, has apractical significance and advanced.
