| Synthesis of microporous/mesoporous zeolite and SAPO-5menbraneWith the increase of demand of environment protection and petroleum quality as a result of global petroleum shortage, it calls for diligent effort to develop new production engineering and effective and environmental friendly energy. It is well known that zeolite molecular sieves are non-toxic to human, environmentally mild, have no pollution but high activity, selectivity and regeneration. They perform enormous effect in oil refining petroleum industry and conversion of various hydrocarbons. However, because of the limitation of micropore tunnels, zeolite molecular sieves find little application in catalysis especially macromolecular catalysis. Thus, the synthesis of hierarchally porous zeolite molecular sieves is in urgent need, which will make them the most potential new type of catalysis. Nowadays, there have been several results in the research of hierarchally porous zeolite molecular sieves, but the synthesis was complicated with high cost. Herein, we developed a simple synthesis route, which can decrease the cost. Besides we characterize the material in detail in order to perform further test.Although molecular sieves were widely used as catalysis, adsorbents and ion exchanger, Molecular sieve films also attracted much attention in separation which is needed by energy protection. Therefore, as a kind of reusable and low energy cost material, molecular sieves were used for clarification and other application.Molecular sieve films also have other potential applications including chemical sensor, ion exchange electrode, insulating layers in microprocessors, and optical application. We mainly use1D channel in the molecular sieve films to assembly some optical material as sensor. In this way the film may have significant commercial value. This also provides a prospect in separation and molecular sensor. |
