In this paper, we introduced the research of1,2,4-triazine derivatives and the application of copper-catalyzed in the organic synthesis. The synthesis method of1,2,4-triazine derivatives through copper-catalyzed was researched. The article is divided into three chapters:1.1,2,4-triazine derivatives are six-membered heterocycles including three Nitrogen atoms, and they have many properties.1,2,4-triazine derivatives play an important role in biochemistry, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, organic synthesis. Consequently, the synthesis of new structure of1,2,4-triazine derivatives is of great significance and purpose. Although there are some methods to synthesize1,2,4-triazine derivatives, many defects exist, for example, use of high toxicity catalyst, complicated procedures, harsh reaction conditions and substrates that are not readily available.2. The application of copper-catalyzed in organic synthesis has drawn extensive attentions because of their ready availability, low price and environmentally friendly. Copper-catalyzed coupling reaction has been a hot field, so we introduced the development of copper-catalyzed coupling reactions in organic synthesis.3. We developed an efficient copper-catalyzed reaction for the synthesis of1,2,4-triazine derivatives from2-iodine aromatic amines and hydrazides. In this method, the catalyst is cheap and non-toxic, and the procedure is mild, facile, efficient and environmentally friendly. All the compounds have been characterized by1H NMR,13C NMR, HRMS, IR.
