Therefore, we began to demand the shoes with beauty, safe, comfort, publichealth and other various performances, to become a practical high art. In theexisting technical level, people paid more attention to is the shoes healthperformance. In the cycle system of feet and shoes, shoes and externalenvironment, footwear is not a single protection appliance any more, which isjust a small microcirculation environment good for human body health.The foot is a high concentration place of sweat glands in human body.Related study showed that the temperature inside the cavity shoes at24-33℃, thehumidity at60%to73%and the surface temperature of the human feet at28-33℃, is the most comfortablecircumstance for feeling of feet. If thetemperature is higher than the standard, men’s foot began to sweat a lot. But ifthe temperature is lower than this standard, the foot can feel cold. Similarly, ifhumidity of shoes is too high or too low, it also can make people feel quiteuncomfortable feet. Hence, the air permeability and the water vapor permeabilityare directly related to the health and comfort of foot. In view of the wholestructure of the shoes, the air permeability and the water vapor permeability ofthe sole is really very slight, compared with the upper.Therefore, it will form the hot and damp environment inside the shoes which will be the breeding ground of various molds and fungus, resulting in a series of foot diseases, such as ulcer and beriberi and so on. In addition, due to the long-term hypoxia of the skin of the foot, people will suffer from the weakened immune system which leads to diseases of other parts of the body, thus, to destroy human health.In summary, the health properties of the footwear can directly linked to thehealth of the human foot, in severe cases, will further affect the entire bodyhealth. The improved of footwear health performance, not only can improve thecomfort of the shoes products and the microenvironment of the foot, and to meetthe needs of consumer, but also can enhance the added value of the footwear products, and conducive to promoting the development and promotion of its ownbrand of footwear in China.There are many factors for affecting the footwear health performance, suchas shoe upper materials, shoe lining materials, adhesives, box toe,toe cap,structural design of the shoes. In previous studies, the influencing factors werestudied about upper materials and shoe materials, but the study of adhesive israrely involved. It can be seen from the existing research, adhesives are generallyregarded as an auxiliary material to study. For a limited research of adhesive,they are used to test and studied film status and personality characteristics. It hasa lot of unscientific. Adhesive is indispensable raw materials to leather shoes,and the amount of using is large. The health properties of the adhesive can’t beignored.This project is designed that studying film-forming relations between shoesmaterial and adhesive, to investigate the influence of adhesive to breathable offinished shoes and permeability. After several times gluing, the changes ofbreathable and permeability of materials were studied. The results showed thatthe number of gluing and varieties of adhesive were important factorsaffecting.The experimental data were reasonable selected and combinationexperiments were conducted.The volatile time and the status of the differentadhesive were studied at different materials. From the microscopic point of view,the affect of breathable and permeable performance about macroscopic werestudied, and achieved certain results.1.One obtained through the limit gluing test: whether it is breathableperformance and water vapor permeability performance, affecting the largestnumber of the gluing is the first time, neoprene, white glue two indicatorsdecreased by about70%decline in gasoline gum between40-50%.2.The combination of materials, breathable performance showing thesuperposition of the law, water vapor permeability performance is erratic; gluing,materials, positive and negative permeability, water vapor permeabilityproperties consistent with the type of adhesive and viscosity changes showing asignificant cascade change.3.Different adhesive film state is slightly different in different materials, butthe combination of methods as follows: incomplete surface film formation and membrane penetration of the material porosity and the fiber bundles onto andcrawl. The greater the viscosity of the adhesive, the trend is more obvioussurface film, the thicker the film; adhesive viscosity is smaller, the binding modeof the more biased in favor of the penetration of the material porosity.
