While in top gear in the compound ultrasonic machining, ultrasonic vibration system of grinding wheel and honing the gear wheel and processing etc are typical dish parts. Therefore, the simplified of the spur gear(such as stepped annular plate and the porous circular plate) research is imperative.The application of spoke plates of cylindrical spur gear in top gear in the compound ultrasonic machining is more and more, and porous disk is widely used in aviation and mechanical structure to reduce the weight of the whole structure or increase the detection range.The purpose of this study is establishing and solving the frequency equations for the ladder ring disc by using the thin plate theory, at the same time, establishing and solving frequency equations for porous disk by using kernel functions and indirect boundary integral method, then compared the results with the results of finite element analysis, thus verifying the validity of the frequency equation.The main content and ideas of this paper are as follows: (1) Based on the understanding of top gear technology of ultrasonic system, established the model for sheet ladder disk by using the classical plate theory, at the same time, deduced and solved the disc ladder frequency equation in three boundary conditions, provided certain theoretical reference for the subsequent ultrasonic vibration of top gear horns and design.(2) Based on indirect boundary integral method and degradation nuclear function researched disk vibration theory of porous disk, designed three kinds of disc with a hole in the model, and conduced the vibration frequency equation for porous disk model in free boundary condition, then programmed and drew the relationship curve by using the engineering calculation software MATLAB.(3)For the above four kinds simplified models, this paper modeled them in parameterized way by using Pro/E software, and made modal analysis respectively by using ANSYS software, extracted model for each order resonant frequency and vibration type, found suitable vibration order for ultrasonic gear honing.(4) Studied the results of modal analysis, conducted error analysis for the results of simulation analysis and the design theory, proved the feasibility and correctness of the theory by using simulation analysis.(5) Researched effects of the size of the models to their natural frequency by using the frequency equation of the model s, and through finite element analysis, and compared the results with finite element analysis, then made the conclusion that the model natural frequency varies with the size of the models.
