Coal gangue is solid waste emission from coal production and coal washing process, is the black rock of low volatility, low calorific value and high of coal ash content company with the formation of coal, harder than coal. According to not complete count, the number of nationwide state-owned coal gangue mountains is more than1500, about a third of coal gangue mountains are happening spontaneous combustion or have the risk of spontaneous combustion. Therefore, the research on the prevention and control of the coal gangue mountain is very important, mastering the theory of spontaneous combustion has great signigicance in the prevention and management of spontaneous combustion disaster of the coal gangue mountain.The spontaneous combustion of the coal gangue is actually a process of exothermic reaction of the coal gangue and oxygen and storage heat to combustion. According to the actual conditions of chengzhuang coal mine, in a summary on the basis of predecessors’ achievements, theoretically, the spontaneous combustion characteristics parameters of gangue were analyzed,, carrying out a series of basic research work on3#coal gangue,9#coal gangue and different proportion of coal gangue with hot heavy method system, and is applied in engineering practice.The main research work in this paper:1. Research on several main characteristic parameters in the spontaneous combustion of the coal gangue, according to the spontaneous combustion mechanism of gangue, spontaneous combustion conditions and chengzhuang coal mine.2. Analysis the process of heat aggregation of spontaneous combustion early according to Chengzhuang3#coal gangue,9#coal gangue. Research the moisture content, internal oxygen concentration, temperature, sulfur content in coal gangue body, internal air void, particle size and intensity of air leakage, and these actors’s influence to the heat accumulation process of the coal gangue.3. Carry oxidation heating experimental analysis on Chengzhuang3#coal gangue,9#coal gangue, and provide reliable data for the research on spontaneous combustion of gangue mountain in chengzhuang coal mine.4. TG and DTG analysis on Chengzhuang3#coal gangue,9#coal gangue Using differential thermal balance, explore and research on spontaneous combustion of Chengzhuang3#coal gangue,9#coal gangue in the condition of different particle size, different ratio.5. Based on the previous studies and experimental conclusion, design reasonable solutions of coal gangue piled up according to actual situation of chengzhuang coal mine.The study results of this paper lay the foundation for further study different hybrid pile up technology of coal gangue, and have the certain reference value to the pile up scheme design of other coal gangue mountains.
