Vinegar production is a traditional industry, its wastewater is a high concentration of organic matter, high color and high ammonia nitrogen, there are still some limitations of treatment technology now. In the study of the country on the basis of a common treatment process, this article select the "ABR+A/O/E" combination of vinegar production process as the main wastewater treatment process, and by the actual wastewater in a vinegar factory for the practice of engineering application object, to explore practical vinegar wastewater treatment process.ABR has a characteristic of high efficiency, and simple structure, A/O/E has a good nitrogen removal, especially in the presence of segments, enhanced nitrogen removal. Based on the analysis of the major nitrogen removal technology, this article combined with the actual water quality, select the "ABR+A/O/E " as the removal of organic matter and nitrogen in the main processIn this thesis, the actual water quality for the selected is:CODcr=1000-1500mg/L, BOD5=300-400mg/L, Ammonia200mg/L, Chroma chroma800times. After ABR processing unit, CODcr and BOD5removal rate can reach50%, A/O/E CODcr and BOD5removal can be more than95%, while the ammonia nitrogen in the A/O/E unit can remove75%. Residual ammonia can use Pond treatment follow-up compound. After the treatment system, vinegar waste water treatment effluent can reach the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard " level standard (GB8976—1996)...
