1,3-Butadiene can be used for palladium-catalyzed telomerization reaction with CO2to produce δ-lactone6selectively. This is an efficient way for comprehensive utilization of1,3-butadiene and CO2. However, there are some drawbacks in traditional homogeneous reaction system, such as, catalyst no recycle, etc. To solve the problems above, the supported palladium catalyst was obtained by palladium was located in the channels by the multi-coordination of functional groups of modified SBA-15.1. The phosphine ligand9and10that can be graft on the inner surface of mesoporous silicate SBA-15was designed and synthesized. Its structure was characterized by]H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR, HRMS, etc. The external and internal surfaces of mesoporous silicate SBA-15were modified by trimethoxyphenylsilane and phosphine ligand respectively, and then the catalyst Ph-SBA-15-S-DPPM-Pd and Ph-SBA-15-N-DPPM-Pd were obtained by treatment of the Ph-SBA-15-S-DPPM and Ph-SBA-15-N-DPPM in a CH2C12solution of Pd2(dba)3. The obtained catalysts were characterized by UV, XRD. BET, SEM, TEM, etc. The results indicated that the modified mosoporous sieve and the catalyst were both maintained two-dimensional hexagonal structure, only aperture, surface area and pore volume lowered slightly.2. The SBA-15supported palladium catalyst Ph-SBA-15-S-DPPM-Pd and Ph-SBA-15-N-DPPM-Pd were applied to catalyze the telomerization of1,3-butadiene and carbon dioxide. The results of study on the reaction conditions showed that the catalyst Ph-SBA-15-S-DPPM-Pd with no activity and Ph-SBA-15-N-DPPM-Pd with only a low activity for the telomerization reaction.
