| Based on the previous researches about scaling prediction, the new model which can predict scaling potential and mass of scale accurately with a view to press, concentration polarization and relative activity coefficient has been proposed. At the same time, relative activity coefficient which is a new conception has been proposed, too. In the coprecipitation process, the solubility product constant of one of the components is different from the one of the pure. In consideration of the difference, relative activity coefficient is used to correct the solubility product constant. The model is practical with the data from other researchers and me. The model with the high salinity water and mixed scale is more advantage. And it can be used not only in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration system, but also in the treatment of the cooling water circulation process through the simple transformation. In the treatment of circulating cooling water, electrolysis is proposed to reduce the hardness and alkalinity. Less energy consumption of this method is its advantage. The current and electrode area for the influence of the experiment are studied. And the best dynamic processing of circulating water flow is determined with the experiments. In the electrolysis, less water is electrolyzed and there is less chlorine gas. On this occasion, the larger the amount of current, the better the effect of electrolytic is. The effect of electrode area is as the same as the effect of current. In the negative electrode, hardness is reduced. What’s more, the alkaline tourmaline is packing in the positive electrode. It can slow down the pH falling fast. Then, the preparation of water purification materials what is in the positive electrode is introduced. The main raw materials are lithium hydroxide, magnesium chloride, manganese chloride, sodium fluoride, ammonium metavanadate and hydrogen peroxide. With the coprecipitation, three kinds of nanoscale materials which are doped some elements are prepared in the lab. Through the analysis of the elements, the main body is manganese oxide. Crystal shape and structure characteristics of the sample are determined by XRD, TEM and SEM. And the material’s adsorption and catalytic properties are introduced, too. |
