The purpose of this study was to evaluate triazophos on Apostichopus japonicus toxic effects, so as to provide the oretical guidance for the practice of production .The study was divided into three stages: the first phase of Apostichopus japonicus on toxicity experiment was to determine the tolerance of Apostichopus japonicus on triazophos, 48h, 96h median lethal concentration and security concentration. for the control of drug dosage significance. It had important significance to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of control of drug dosage concentration; the second phase, by biochemical means we observed the four isozymes in two organizations.we compared the medication of individuals and healthy individuals: lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), malate dehydrogenase (MDH), alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), esterase dehydrogenase (EST) ;There were the similarities and differences; esterase dehydrogenase ( EST ) similarities and differences; The ultrastructure of the third stage, using a microscope organizations the triazophos these tissues and organs carried out the destruction, the extent of the damage, the differences with the normal tissue. The results are summarized as follows:To study acute toxicities of triazophos to Apostichopus japonicus, which can offer reference for evaluating environmental quality and detecting environment.Acute toxicity of triazophos on the 12cm-long Apostichopus japonicus without feeding were studied in the standing water at 20.0±1.3℃.The result indicates that accumulative character was found at the acute toxicity of triazophos on Apostichopus japonicus..And the median lethal concentrations(LC50)of 96 hours to the Apostichopus japonicus are 36.879 mg/L, and SC is 3.6879 mg/L.The mathemati-cal model and regression equation, which building in the death cumalative probability, the concenteation of triazophos, the exoerimental time of Apostichopus japonicus, are important basis for detecting and analysising of the time when triazophos -induced emission and a large number of Apostichopus japonicus died,to produce inductions for practical experience. To explore the effect of triazophos on the isoenzyme expression of stichopus japonicus, we prepared10mg/L,15mg/L,20mg/L and 25mg/L concentrations of triazophos according its 96 h LC50.The method polyarylamidegel electrophoresis test were used to test the toxicity on expression of malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and esterase(EST).The results indicated that the four concentration groups showed significant variety compared with the control group and activity of MDH and EST increased at low concentration, reduced or disappear at high concentration. The concentration and activity has dose-effect relationship. Triazophos had toxicity on MDH and EST in stichopus japonicus expression. In this paper, firstly, the acute toxicitu of triazopnios with density on Apostichopus japonicas was determined, and the safely concentration was 3.6879mg.L-1 .And secondly, effects of 3.6879 mg.L-1 triazopnios accumulation on japonicas of cell in 2 tissues (muscle and intestinal canal)were studied. The results showed that the main alteration in musculature and myocardial cellwere both mitochondria and myofibril. Mitochondria showed swelling and a lot of vacuoles myocardium with irregular light and dark hands. Besides and myofihril broke and losed contracted function of swollen nuclear membrane and decreased endoplasmic reticulum were also found in those cells. The gill cells treated with chemicals had an obvious ultrastructural variation. The parallel and ordered structure of muscle was destroyed, and endoplasmic reticulum was swollen up, dilated and vesiculated. There were a lot of goblet cells in the gut epithelium. Cerebral tissue became bleeding. There ware many monocytes in ex-pansion and hyperemia blood vessel in the brain.
