Molybdenum copper composite materials have enough high temperature strength, a verygood high temperature corrosion resistance and burn gas arc corrosion, plus good thermalshock resistance, civil and military aspects in a wide range of applications, so rapidprototyping molybdenum copper alloy parts is of high value for study. This article focuses onrapid prototyping molybdenum copper alloy parts of high temperature sintering and meltpermeability process.This paper focuses on rapid prototyping molybdenum copper alloy parts of hightemperature sintering and melt permeability process. Put forward a kind of rapid prototypingtechnology based on the preparation of copper composite molybdenum/new method.Choosethe process of laser rapid prototyping process, through the ball mill in homemade inmolybdenum powder and organic materials will be mixed ball mill, the coated molybdenumpowder, molybdenum powder coated and laser forming into a molybdenum copper alloynozzle parts, then laser in vacuum sintering furnace von berg systeme within the sinteringtemperature and the sintering defatted, get a can of high temperature sintering, have certainthe form sex of the SLS part.Put forward the high temperature sintering molybdenum skeleton combined withpermeability of copper von berg systeme post-treatment technology, get molybdenum/coppercomposite material sample.Through the sintering atmosphere in reduction of a hightemperature sintering experiment, get a significant increase of density and have certain andmechanical properties of high temperature sintering pieces.
