In view of that a serious pollution to the atmospheric environment by emissions SO2from thermal power plant, researching a flue gas desulfurization process by the renewableamines.Though by screening the main boby of the desulfurizer and determining thedesulfurization fomula, sloved the problem of volatile and oxidation of absorption liquid.Firstly, Experiments were conducted in the absorption and desorption apparatus tostudy the absorption volume, absorption and desorption efficiency as evaluation indexes,finalized the triethyleneteramine as the body main of the absorption solution. The effectsof the absorption of concentration, the initial pH value, the absorption temperature,desorption temperature and desorption time were also investigated and the optimumconditions were obtained.Secondly, followed several cycles of SO2absorption by using the professionalmanufactures designed equipment, determined the best liquid-gas ration is0.6L/m3. Therepeat test results show that average absorption rate is still above95%by looping tentimes, explained that the triethylenetetramine having better overall effect ofdesulfurization and regeneracion performance.Finally, by studying on the problem of the oxidation, foaming of absorpition liquidand equipment corrosion, selected sutiable antioxidants and foaming agent, and choosedthe most appropriate equipment.Not only the technology has the advantages of other technologies of the simultaneousdesulfurization and denitrification, but also there are the economic returns by thebyproduct reuse. The study is very significance.
