The paper is based on the study of carbon 5 separation technique by acid nitrile method,The process use ethylene pyrolysis carbon 5 as material, first removed cyclopentadiene by dimerization and then separated dicyclopentadiene, piperylene and high purity isoprene by two-stage extractive distillation and general distillationat with Acid Nitrile as solvent at near to the boiling point. Through analyzing the process of separating, Various reference data of carbon 5 separation technique by acid nitrile method were obtained by simulation calculation and small-scale test in the laboratory. The schema of carbon 5 separation for industrial production by using the present spare apparatuses (produce 1.2-butadiene) is proposed to verify the reliability and feasibility of designs of technological process, reasonability of operating parameters and control points.These mature experiences will be applied to a new plant for carbon 5 fraction comprehensive utilization,And a further study will be done on the carbon 5 separation’ industrial production by acid nitrile method with process and technical indexes,transportation,sales,process produce technique and so on. |
