According to nonbiodegradable organic matter removal and decoloration problem, the combined technology of O3and BAF were used as the advanced treatment technology of the wastewater after biochemical treatment in a textile printing and dyeing enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The optimum operation parameters was identified through the test, and the optimum the union process was concluded Through the comparison of the treatment effects of the different combinations.The influent CODCr, concentration are80~128mg/L, BOD5concentration are6~10mg/L, BOD5/CODCr=0.075, the chroma are36-79times, pH7.2~8.2. and SS are26~79mg/LThe test condition of ozone oxidation unit was determined through static test by studied the pH, Ozone Dosage, and residence time on the treatment effect. The test condition of BAF unit was determined by studied hydraulic load and the ratio of gas and water on the treatment effect. A set of union process feasible on technical and economical for advanced treatment dyeing waste was selected.The experimental results showthat:(1) The effluent of bio-treated dyeing wastewater treated by ozone oxidation or BAF can not meat reuse standard. Two kinds of processing technology advantages combined, achieve mutual complement of effect.The bio-treated dyeing wastewater was treated by ozone oxidation combined BAF, the effluent CODCr is less than45mg/L, the chroma is less than5times,the turbidity is less than5NTU,and the ss is less than15mg/L,which meat reuse standard.(2) The analysis results of three dimensional fluorescence spectrum and relative molecular mass distribution show that:After ozone oxidation, the unsaturated bonds of the aromatic amino acid-containing proteins and phenols in the wastewater are broken; The structure and species of the dissolved organic matters (DOM) in the wastewater are changed and the macromolecular substances are degraded into smaller molecules.(3) In the three different combined process,the O3+BAF+O3process had the best effect,but the cost cost is higher also. O3+BAF process and BAF+O3process had similar effect on chroma, turbidity and ss of the wastewater,but the O3+BAF process had better effect on CODCr, Combining the treatment effect and processing cost. The O3+BAF process is the best process. The treated water CODCr, concentration are25-40mg/L, BOD5concentration are0.5-2mg/L, the chroma are less5times, and SS are1~15mg/L...
