| Melamine is an important chemical intermediate, can be widely used in the production of synthetic resins, plastics and so on. But it will emit large amounts of solid waste in the production process, the chemical industry solid wastes is typical of organic solid waste. The problem of solid waste pollution in china is serious, as the continued attention to environmental protection and regulations increasingly robust, solid waste separation, recycling and utilization of research concern.This paper introduces a conditioning regimen through the analysis of solid waste in the production process of melamine, then the waste after pretreatment hydrolysis for cyanuric acid under acid hydrolysis conditions, cyanuric acid is an important chemical raw material, a wide range of uses. Many sorts of the factors on yield were studied by Single-factor and orthogonal experiment,and obtained better hydrolyzation conditions:Raw materials dosage=15g;sulfuric acid concentration=8%;sulfuric acid dosage=800ml;NaHSO4dosage=100g;t=5h,T=160℃.the yield of cyanate acid was up to69.5%, the purity was97%. The products were analyzed by infrared(IR) and the results showed that the products are cyanuric.Also in this paper the study was carried out about the synthesis of melamine cyanurate, melamine cyanurate is commonly used fire retardant agent and lubricant, a wide range of uses. The best synthesis conditions of melamine cyanurate with the waste after pretreatment as raw material is that:ratio of raw material(raw material：cyanuric acid)=15:6;T=110℃;t=9h.the yield of melamine cyanurate is up to77%,the conversion rate was89.3%. While,the best conditions of melamine cyanurate with melamine as raw material was obtained by orthogonal experiment: ratio of raw material (cyanuric:melamine)=1.05:1;T=110℃;t=9h,the yield of melamine cyanurate is94.6%,the conversion rate was99%.The target compounds were analyzed by infrared and the results showed that the products were melamine cyanurate. |
