Al coatings were deposited on15CrMnMoVA steel by DC pulsed magnetron sputtering. The structure, thickness and adhesive strength of the coating were investigated by SEM, interferometer, X-ray diffraction and tensile tester, a neutral salt spray (NSS) test and potentiodynamic polarization were used to investigate the anti-corrosion performance. The following results are what got:1) Orthogonal test was designed on the preparation of Al-films, during which bias voltage, target current and argon pressure were investigated in detail, the results are as follows:fine crystals sized1~2μm deposited uniformly on the surface of the substrate, the films present columnar structure without defects(such as voids and micropores) and strong adhesion and a higher concentration transition layer exists at the interface; The time of anti-NSS per μm can reach up to51.44h, enhanced the substrate’s6h greatly; The Al-film decreased the icorr at approximately two orders of magnitude; The target current influenced the deposition process largest, the bias voltage and the argon pressure followed, the best value for the three parameters was presently25A,300V,0.35Pa.2) The text did deeper research based on the best technical parameters on the rules between the properties of the Al-films and bias voltage, target current and argon pressure.10A20A25A30A,100V200V300V,0.25Pa0.35Pa0.45Pa0.6Pa were the values of parameters, results indicated that the rules were coherent to the Orthogonal test.3) The text did post-coating treatment on the Al-films, which was chemical conversion of Alodine,during which, concentration, the reaction time were done systems analysis, the results were as follows:The chemical conversion played an function of counteracting the corrosion materials such as Cl", could improve the anti-corrosion at9times; crystals can presented grow bigger and united when the concentration grew from8g/L to15g/L, the time of anti-NSS decreased all the time; under8g/L, the film presented passivation; The property of anti-corrosion of films behave well at the rang of40s~120S.
