In recent years, many lakes in China had serious eutrophication problems , thequality of lake water worsened ,which posed a great threat to people’s health andsafety , also a serious impact on the economy and development .Traditionally, peoplethought that industrial pollution is the main reason for water pollution,Since the1980s , however , China ’s central and local governments invested heavily in buildingsewage treatment plant and its ancillary equipment , which caused the industrialpollution discharge rate significantly increased , within no significant improvement inthe state of the eutrophication of the lake water , a very important reason governanceof agricultural non-point source pollution has not kept up .In addition, the largenumber of domestic and foreign research results also confirmed that non-point sourcepollution is the main reason for deterioration in the quality of the water environment .Due to agricultural non-point source pollution is the emission time of uncertainty , theuncertainty of the emission pathway , emissions and an indefinite number of features,it covers a wide range of control is difficult. How to strengthen the agriculturalnon-point source pollution control has become key difficulty of the current waterpollution control.As a major agricultural province, there are unreasonable application of chemicalfertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural inputs , livestock and poultry industry isbooming and the lack of sewage pipes and centralized sewage treatment system, ruralsewage and garbage disposed in Jiangxi Province .Poyang Lake and the water qualityof the five main rivers have been seriously affected .This study to summarize the basisof domestic and foreign agricultural non-point source pollution accounting modelsand methods in the analysis , according to the sources of pollution emissions from thesource of livestock and poultry breeding industry , domestic pollution sources in ruralareas , the aquaculture industry source , and source of planting four preliminaryestimates , Jiangxi Agricultural non- point source pollution emissions . To furtherstudy the growing industry source pollution, select a different small watershed indifferent agricultural use of the typical plots of the way as the experimental fields of research, experimental agricultural non-point source pollution and output coefficients .Finally, specific pollution viable agricultural non-point source pollution preventionand control measures.
