Now more and more people are concerned about pesticide pollution in the water.Pesticide residues can transfer between sediment and water. People’s health can be affected bythe polluted product of water such as fish, shrimp, crab and shellfish. There are many researches on the method of detecting organophosphorus in the sedimentand soil. But in order to get a good extraction resort, in most of the researches, many toxicsolvent like acetonitrile, dichloromethane, etc are being frequently used. To reflect thepeople-oriented concept and void introducing toxic solvents, a more feasible organophosphorusdetecting method was finally established in this paper, by adjusting the proportion of solventsand comparing the recovery rate of different experiments. The organophosphorus studied in this paper are O,O,O-Triethyl Phosphorothioate,Thionazin, sulfotep, phorate, dimethoate, disulfoton, parathion-methyl, parathion, famophos.Different proportions of solvents (1:1acetic ether: hexane,1:4acetic ether: hexane, hexane) areused to extract those pesticides and the recovery rate was compared.4SPE cartridges(PS-2、C18、Aqusis PLS-3jr、OASIS HLB) are used to extract the pesticide residues. When scannedby GC-MS, there will be a lot of interfering peaks as many impurities exist in the sedimentsamples. Farther purifications are required. The purification effect of silica gel column andflorisil column are studied. Silica SPE cartridge and Florisil SPE cartridge are also used topurify the sample. And Supelclean ENVI-Carb was used to see if it can improve thepurification effect.
