In our thesis, we made a summary of iodine participated electrophilic reactions and reported our studies on this. Iodine participated or catalyzed reactions have advantages of environmentally friendly, mild reaction conditions, easy to operate and else. Many researchs on iodine participate or catalyzed intramolecular reactions had been reported, while intermolecular reactions were infrequent. This paper mainly consists of the following three parts:Chapter Ⅰ:In this part we make a summary about the history、develop、tendency of the electrophilic cyclization reaction.Chapter Ⅱ:we have developed an efficient method for the regioselective C-C and C-N bonds formation of N-protected indole derivatives to prepare2,3’-biindoles and4-(1H-indol-2-yl) morpholines by iodine in moderate to good yield. Further functionalization of indoles and other heterocycles are the future goals of our research group.Chapter Ⅲ:In this part we introduced that a mild, metal-free and environmentally benign iodine promoted2-amination of N-protected indoles has been developed. Highly substituted2-aminated indoles can be prepared in moderate to excellent yields (up to90%) by regioselective C2-amination of indoles. As a key step in a concise synthesis of (±)-folicanthine, its core structure was easily obtained by an intramolecular version of our reaction in high yield on gram scale.
