The flourish of catering trade provides a huge market for disposabletableware products. In view of the general disposable plastic tableware in markethave difficulty in recycling and degradable after use, holo-degradationbiopolymer fiber tableware are highly regarded for its environmental advantageof easily degradable and the widely resource advantages of cheap raw materialsource. Biopolymer fiber which is an inexhaustible resource for humans is themost abundant natural polymer materials. What’s more, it’s non-toxic and can becompletely degraded by microorganism.After the use of biopolymer fibertableware, they can recycle through crushing processing to be used as livestockfeed and fuel. If not recycle, they also can degrade into organic fertilizer innatural environments by themselves. Finally, the goal that no litter, no pollution,come from nature, produced in nature and return to nature is completelyachieved.The holo-degradation biopolymer fiber tableware studied in this thesis isusing biopolymer fiber powder as the main raw material. The formula, moldingprocess and performance quality of the holo-degradation biopolymer fibertableware are verified through the experimental study.Meanwhile, according tothe singleness product and low production efficiency of parent tablewaremolding machine, the hot pressing die and automatic molding machine aredesigned based on the experimental study of biopolymer fiber tableware.The holo-degradation biopolymer fiber tableware studied in this thesis isformed by suppressing a certain proportion of biopolymer fiber powder (bamboopowder), bone glue, xanthan gum, talcum powder, stearic acid calcium,whitening agent and water. The content of each part for the tableware,craftparameter in mould pressing, thickness and surface coating of the biopolymerfiber tableware are studied by comparing the comprehensive mechanicalproperties and appearance contrast of the biopolymer fiber tableware. Finally, we can gain the best formula program, optimum molding process parameters andthickness of the biopolymer fiber tableware.The automatic feeding device, adjustable metering device, molding mould,automatic cooling stereotypes device, automatic ejection device and automaticclean device of the automatic molding machine for the holo-degradationbiopolymer fiber tableware are designed in the same time. Finally, the automaticmolding machine which can achieve full automation from material feeding toknockout for biopolymer fiber tableware is worked out. The press, transmissiondevice, spindle and the main connection key are designed and checked accordingto use requirement of the automatic molding machine. The characteristic of thismachine is that it can adjust the volume of the metering device and replacedifferent mold according to the different types of tableware, then differenttableware products can be produced by a machine. It has great guidancesignificance for the manufacturing of biopolymer fiber tableware.CPU226AC/DC/relay module is chosen to realize the automatic controlsystem through the study of PLC control system, which has greatly facilitatedthe use and maintenance of the machine.
