In the Huai river upstream Suya Lake Reservoir70sample points, take overlying water and sedimentin the same point.FourPelteobagrus fulvidraco and Carassiusauratus of similar size were collected fromthe field of Suya lake, respectively. In sediments obtained from centrifugal interstitialwater. Concentrations of Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Ga,Ni, Pb,Sb,Sn,Sr,Zn, and Ba in water,interstitial water, fish andsediment samples, were determined, and SEM (simultaneously extracted metals)were determined insediment. Based on which,the spatial and space distributions,speciation,transport,sources andaccumulation were investigated.The health risks assessmen of water with preliminary study; The heavymetal contamination degree and latent ecological risk in sediment by the method of analysis Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Ni, Pb and Zn elements and selenium and evaluation of ecological risk. Pb is not a major carcinogen, with the contribution98.78%~99.07%.(5) Multiple ecological harm index evaluation of heavy metal, the potential for ecological harm,belong to moderate pollution levels. According to a single heavy metal pollution coefficient for order:Cd>Ni>Cu>Cr>Co>Zn>Pb, According to the potential ecological harm coefficient for order:Cd>Ni>Cu>Co>Pb>Cr>Zn. And No diffent bettwen the Huaihe river in aAnhui period of consistent andDian lake Cumulative index method to evaluate element pollution degree of order:Cd>Ni>Zn>Pb>Cu>Cr>Co. Accumulation of index method and potential ecological harm coefficientmethod income results Cd the pollution condition is relatively serious, belongs to the severe pollution,ecological risk the most outstanding, followed by Ni, Cu also is more important.
