In recent years, With the rapid development of national economic and technology, the proportion of chemicals, which is raw materials, intermediates and products of coal chemical production, continues increasing. Consequently, The leakage of dangerous chemicals is increasing in the production, use, storage and transport accidents. According to the Ministry of Public Security Fire Bureau statistics, in recent years, the average disposal of hazardous chemicals leaking accidents annually reached nearly one thousand by national public security fire department, causing great harm to the people’s lives and property safety and ecological environment. If leakage accidents are out of control, it could be transformed into combustion, explosion, poisoning and other serious accidents at any time. As a result, adopt simple and effective security measures to eliminate or reduce the leakage of hazardous chemicals is particularly important. This paper introduces a multi-functional automatic matching device which has a good effect on the leaking substance collection.First, the article describes the principles and methods of the Multi-functional automatic marching device, the problems and difficulties existing in the multi-functional automatic matching, and the principle of suction drainage device in the device works, circulating pump and mixing matching.Second, the research based on the structure design of the multi-functional automatic matching, making flow field simulation of suction powder device, gas and water by the software Fluent. According to the Bernoulli equation in fluid mechanics and thin-walled empty flow calculation methods to study Suction drainage device structure of the negative pressure suction effect, further more, to analyze the parameters of this device work, and structural design the hopper. Structural designed, in order to fully understand the flow field changes within device in the normal working hours, using the CFD simulation software Fluent its flow field simulation study, using the results of simulation for solving the flow field analysis of the factors of device the relative degree of vacuum of the impact, and combining the results of simulation to analyze the effect of which parameters affect the device.Third, multi-functional automatic matching device is experimental studied. Such as building test stand and a scene of industrial test in order to research the work effects, drawing out the curve the test data obtained by the software Matlab. The obtained curves were analyzed and compared.Finally, using simulation and experimental results to test the multi-functional automatic matching device suction effects and matching effects, the improvement advice will put forward.
