Mine dust is one of the five major hazards in coal mines, and its prevention and control is an important part of the ventilation and safety technology system. Like other hazards in coal mine, dust is also another big problem that hinder the production development, which cause the most dust pneumoconiosis among various occupational hazards in mine enterprises. Therefore, further strengthening mine dust hazard prevention and control of the coal mine occupational health becomes a top priority, which is urgent and tough. In such a grim situation, it is essential to conduct research on strengthening the supervision and management of dust hazards, to increase the intensity on dust hazard prevention, to eliminate impact on coal mine safety production, to effectively curb dust risk to miners and to protect workers’health.The article conducted deep research on the dynamic pressure water injection experiment in fully mechanized coal mining face coal seam by analyzing the mechanism of coal seam water injection and the factors and related parameters that effect water injection in terms of the real situation that the dust concentration stay high in fully mechanized top coal caving face1410in Huafeng coal mine of Xinwen mining group. First of all, the article analyzed factors influencing the effect of coal seam water injection based on the study on structure characteristics and mechanism of water injection and dust removal of coal seam; secondly, related parameters were tested and analyzed, and the feasibility of water injection is analyzed on the basis of laboratory experiment on coal samples from field collection, which could provide evidence for water sample selection of water injection; the humidity of coal seam under different water injection pressure and injection time was studied, then the water injection scheme was designed according to humidity of the coal seam; afterwards, the optimization on water injection equipment, design and parameters was conducted to achieve the best coal seam humidity.The experiments of pneumatic high pressure water injection and pulse of high pressure water injection in full-mechanized mining face were conducted respectively, and the water injection effect was studied; the reasonable coal seam water injection scheme was determined by analyzing and comparing the field test results, finally the water injection technology that fit Huafeng coal mine was formed.Based on elaborating the main dust source in fully mechanized coal mining face and dust removal mechanism, the study analyzed and compared the changes of dust concentration of the main dust source process before and after the water injection according to the measured data. Water injection effectively reduces the quantity of dust produced in coal mining, and effectively controls the dust in working face, which has magnificent meaning for the safe production in coal mine both theoretically and practically.
