With the development of economy and society, water pollution is serious ineasingly, and people pay more and more attention to the use and reuse of water resources and protection of water. State of sewage sludge treatment and disposal standards are more stringent, so that the reasonable and effective treatment of sewage and sludge are has become an important task of our country.The sewage carbon nitrogen ratio is low in our country which leads to the poor effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal during the biological process of the sewage plant. Considering various solutions, the author uses ultrasonic to struck the sludge and develop the carbon source within the sludge, in order to provide carbon source additionally for biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal, so that the effect of sewage treatment can reach the national standard and it can promote the reuse of sewage. When ultrasonic breaks the sludge, it will release the biological enzyme in miobial cells which can speed up biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate. Besides, this topic also does some research on conventional process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect without the use of ultrasonic on sludge reflux.This experiment determines the changes of density of SCOD, TN and TP in the sludge through the inspection of treatment of Os/5L,60s/5L,90s/5L and120s/5L by ultrasonic equipment.60s/5L which is selected as the most suitable time is to use as application parameters for later project, by considering SCOD breaking rate, energy consumption, the release of nitrogen and phosphorus and so on.In the meanwhile, the author does some research on breaking effect of ultrasonic on excess sludge after the carbon source acetate was added in the process. The experimental data shows that organic matter in residual sludge ineased and the data is still most reasonable when the ultrasonic is used in sludge treatment at60s/5L. It provides a certain engineering reference for those running sewage plants which remove nitrogen and phosphorus by adding carbon source.During this exploratory experiment, the author does some research on sewage treatment effect of MBR process and the process combining anaerobic tank and MBR. Test data shows that the two process of outlet water quality hasn’t reached the national standard, the author recommends the use of ultrasound technology+anaerobic+MBR process.This can save land, reduce the construction, equipment and manpower cost, but also can make the water reach the standard of reuse.The ultrasonic enhancement of Sludge Hydrolysis Experiment:Ultrasonic pretreatment of sludge can be effectively enhanced sludge hydrolysis effect.At the same time the results show that the test temperature and methanation is the main factors influencing sludge hydrolysis.Conclusion:Ultrasonic technique can be effective development of residual sludge in the carbon source for enhanced biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal,realizes the reuse of surplus sludge.At the same time the author examines the ultrasonic sludge in different process system of break effect,and through an analysis of ultrasonic technology than other dosing carbon source way is more economy.In addition to the ultrasonic promote sludge hydrolysis effects,for the current development sludge internal carbon source provides more beneficial practice.
