The cooling conveyor vibrating screen for EPC as a molding sand processingequipment is used to EPC production line. In order to guarantee casting precision andefficiency, the vibrating screen must have a good work performance.Therefore, it hasan important meaning to research and analyze the movement of vibrating screen topredict it’s work performance and make it meet reserve requirement of process, nomatter the practical application in the working process or the product developmentdesign.In this paper, through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relevantliterature material. Summarized some theories such as the basic theory of vibratingscreen, the basic theory of mechanical vibration system and vibratory synchronizationtheory.Meanwhile, introduced virtual prototype technology and ADAMS software.Established mechanics model of the vibrating screen and kinematics differentialequation corresponding with it. Solving equations, to judged vibrating screen canwork according to the predetermined requirement. Based on this, analyzed thesynchronicity of vibrating screen, and deduce the condition of synchronicity. Basedon the above income conditions, judged vibrating screen meet it.To ensure the arbitrary points on work body have the same kinematics parameterswhen vibrating screen working, the work body needs to keep balance in the non-workstate. In the working status, the movement of the vibrating screen must consistentwith predetermined requirements, so that vibrating screen can complete the process.In this paper, simulate the movement of the vibrating screen in both conditions byusing the mechanical systems multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS. Inthe non-working state, does not add any exciting force with model take motionsimulation.
