Anode baking is the important process of electrolytic aluminum industry, roastinganode directly affects the electric current efficiency of aluminum electrolysis,therefore, how to improve anode baking technology has become an important topic inthe research of aluminum electrolysis industry. The subject of the anode bakingfurnace control system’s domestic and foreign development status and researchprogress are reviewed in this paper, the negative pressure is one of the mainparameters of anode baking control, in the actual production process, the need fornegative pressure control, if reasonable control, can accurately grasp the roastingcarbon block rate of temperature rise, for baking anode quality and productioncapacity with significant theoretical value and practical significance.First anode baking process as well as the anode exhaust frame parameter ofin-depth research, through the analysis of practical engineering application in theproblem of existence, put forward to begin anode baking smoke evacuation systemnegative pressure control research of the integrated train of thought, as well as theidea of this study, carried out relevant research work.In industrial control, PID control is the classical theory control method, it is a kindof simple structure, easy implementation, at the same time, high reliability and highrobustness of the algorithm, usually for some linear time-invariant system control, dueto anode baking furnace negative pressure control system of accurate model is hard toestablish, the classical PID control static error, fuzzy control the quality control ofrough, the control precision is not high, to meet the roasting exhaust frame negativepressure control precision requirements, combined with PID control and intelligentcontrol advantages, the variable universe fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm,complete the variable universe adaptive fuzzy PID controller design, on theMATALAB platform control system simulation and its simulation optimization,through the analysis of the simulation results, obtained using the variable universeadaptive fuzzy PID control method can satisfy the technical requirements of anodebaking furnace negative pressure.In order to better meet the needs of anode baking production needs, combined withthe exhaust system of negative pressure control characteristics, puts forward to thePLC as the bottom double redundant network control method in the practical engineering background, realization of variable universe fuzzy adaptive PID controlalgorithm, realizes the optimization of control system of anode baking. These work inimproving the quality of anode has very important significance.
