Because most of "the three effects"(carcinogenic, teratogenic and the mutagenic) and genetic toxicity, persistent organic pollutants can interfere with the human endocrine system, cause "female change" phenomenon, and in the global various environmental media, such as the rivers, lakes, air, and sediment, soil and human and animal organs in the widespread, has aroused widespread concern, as a global environmental problem. The sea is the ultimate gathering place of the pollutants, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls and organochlorine pesticides are highly persistent organic pollutants, can exist for a long time in the environment, accumulate through the food chain, adversely impact. So the detection of marine sediments, the study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls and organochlorine pesticides analysis method is an important issue in the environmental analysis.According to the characteristics of the sediments, compares the sample extract methods efficiency with soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic and accelerated solvent extraction in sediments for PAHs, PCBs and OCPs. The experimental results show that the ultrasonic extraction present simple operation, require the short time, but soxhlet extraction and accelerated solvent extraction has high recovery, but in contrast accelerated solvent extraction with time-saving, and less solvent needed, high automation, high extraction efficiency, can be used as the extraction analysis methods of trace organic pollutant.By collecting sediment samples in the Bohai Sea area, the application of gas chromatography mass spectrometry is used to test the sediments in24PAHs,28PCBs,31OCPs, based on mass spectra and standard spectral library to determine each sample pollutants standard characteristic ion mass accurately measured samples of qualitative and quantitative. The total concentration of PAHs pollutions in the study area is78.118-250.32ng/g(dry weight), the total concentrations of OCPs between6.59-40.34ng/g, the total concentration of PCBs ranged24.71-38.82ng/g. Compare to the∑PAHs, the concentration of∑OCPs and∑PCBs has the little ratio. The results indicate that the petroleum pollution is the main source of its PAHs, and the main source of pyrolysis PAHs is the burning of biomass and coal.
