With the rapid development of economic, China’s plastics industry has made considerable progress. Especially flexible packaging plastics industry has a strong impetus to the development of cosmetic, food and health industry and makes much more convenient to people’s daily production and living. But because of its low decomposition rate, a large number of flexible packaging plastic wastes form the "white pollution" which becomes the important issues to be solved. The recycling of Flexible packaging plastic waste is an effective way to solve this problem, and also it is an inevitable requirement of the sustainable development strategy.First analyzing the research status o of the plastic at home and abroad election technology carefully, According to the advantages and disadvantages of wind sorting and vibration sorting and combining with the characteristics of the flexible packaging plastic, composite separation has been made. Basic on the researching on winnowing mechanism and vibration mechanism, the winnowing system and vibration sorting systems have been selected and the composite winnowing proposal combination of the tilt air classifiers and reciprocating sorting has been determined.The forces of the flexible packaging plastic in the winnowing channel are analyzed, motion equation was set up. The optimal interval of the key parameter was obtained optimized. Combination of fluid mechanics knowledge, simulating and analyzing the air movement in the winnowing channel, the curve of flow rate and pitch change function and the trajectory of the flexible mixture packaging plastic has been obtained.Through analyzing the force for single material particle on surfaces of shaker the principle of movement was found, the mathematical model was established and speed and displacement equation was also established.Dividing motion system according to the different state of motion,downstream movement system that suit material vibration sorting was been found,and the relevant parameters effect of the vibration separation was identified. Optimized vibration parameter using MATLAB optimization toolbox constraint nonlinear minimization function (fmincon), established the objective function, design variables and constraints, obtained optimized parameters, it provided critical data for complex sorting shaker mechanism design.
