Traditional roller-type tea green removing machine is provided by many traits such as high production efficiency, continuous and easy operations, the quality of tea making good. It uses coal or firewood to heat. The mode of heating is backward and the temperature is difficult to control, so the effect on frying the fresh tea is not enough ideal, prone to charring leaves. Infrared radiation drying is a kind of new drying technology with efficient, energy saving and less polluting, so this thesis apply the infrared technology to the roller-type tea green removing and design a new roller-type tea green removing machine. In order to improve the quality of tea, combining the theoretical research with simulation modeling and analysis, this thesis designs the overall structure, analyzes each system parameter, and explores the new technology of tea dried.First of all, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the thesis determines the general scheme of the roller-type tea green removing machine. The heater is on the center position of the machine. Under the centrifugal force generated by the action of friction, the material rotates around the heater, also do the axial movement along the roller from the feeding port to the discharge port. Throughout the whole process, the fresh tea leaves spiral forward to the discharge port and flow out, then the process finishes. The materials which rotate in the roller heat large and even, so the effect of drying fresh tea leaves is good.Secondly, the temperature of the roller-type tea green removing machine is volatile and difficult to control, so this thesis uses the adaptive fuzzy control theory to design a adaptive fuzzy PID automatic control system which is suitable to the roller-type infrared green removing machine. The system can control temperature accurately and timely, so it can be better to complete the temperature automatic control process of tea green removing, with the wiring diagram of overall design and part of the program. The Simulink software simulation and analysis show that:the adaptive fuzzy PID control infrared tea green removing roller machine has the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, low consumption and can fully meet the requirements of the tea industry.Finally, the thesis does the UG three-dimensional modeling and the ADAMS motion simulation for the roller-type infrared green removing machine. Both of which show:the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical data and the design of the system is rational. So the system can fully meet the requirements of tea green removing.
