Chlor-alkali chemicl enterprise production wastewater is characterized by a large quantity of water and complicated compositions.The salt content and the polluants of chlor-alkali production wastewater are high, and with a lot of chloride ions and biorefractory compound.So the ratio of BOD5/CODcr is low, and the biodegradability of this kind of wastewater is poor.The company has a large quantity of wastewater discharge and recyclable wastewater. Based on the sufficient investigation of the wastewater source, water quantity and drainage characteristic foundation, using different ways to pre treatment and reuse after comprehensive treatment concept was put forward. In order to study the chlor-alkali chemical enterprise production waste water quality characteristic, the larger emission, pollution large trichlorosilane tail gas absorbing wastewater, boiler water and hydrazine hydrate waste water was sampled and analyzed, and the characteristics of several kinds of wastewater with different experimental methods for laboratory experiments.Through the experiment to determine the trichlorosilane tail gas absorbing wastewater in pH was9, the coagulant dosage of PAC for400mg/L for30minutes, coagulation and sedimentation effect best, SS removal rate can reach93.7%. Using flocculation and aerobic processing boiler dust removal wastewater can have good results, the optimal technological conditions for the precipitation of the30min, pH was9.5,PAC dosage was50mg/L for25minutes, hypoxia time was3days, aeration time was2hours, in that case, SS removal rate can reach94%, COD removal rate can reach85%, NH3-N removal rate can reach75%.Through the experiment research of the three main wastewater of trichlorosilane tail gas absorbing wastewater, hydrazine hydrate waste water and boiler dust wastewater, determine to use neutralization and precipitation method and so on to treat the reuse water.use coagulation sedimentation+hydrolysis-acidification+biochemical treatment+oxidation process to treat the outer row of comprehensive wasterwater. This study met the national discharge standard solution, and studied the comprehensive utilization of the waste water can be reused a feasible way. For all the drainage volume of production process design of pre treatment and reuse system. The wastewater treatment and reuse project construction necessity and the significance, contents and scale, technology scheme, construction condition and site selection, investment estimation, cost estimation, social evaluation and analysis of environmental benefits are also discussed in this paper.
