Raw materials for cement and ceramics in building material industry are fewer and fewer, so it is neessary for the industry to find the other replacement like industry waste to replece the natural mineral materials.The lithium mica mine accompanying with Tantalum and Niobium mine in Yichun City is the largest lithium mica mine all over the world. Jiangxi Ganfeng lithium company is the largest lithium product corporation, and the technology of "using lithium mica to collect lithium" developed by the coMPany will cause a number of waste residue. Effectively using these waste residues is quite important for effectively using lithium mica and realizing the clean production of collecting lithium from mineral as well as saving resources.Using calcium and aluminum residue, low grade bauxite, gypsum and limestone to prepare belite sulphate aluminium cement and low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement were researched in this paper. Principals for preparing ingredients of clinkers, proper calcining mechanism and preparing technology were discussed; and this paper used analyzing measurement such as XRD、DTA、SEM to describe the physical and mechanical performances and microscopic structure analysis of sulphate aluminium clinker; besides, belite sulphate aluminium cement and low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement with good performances have been prepared.The researching results indicated that:it was feasible use calcium and aluminum residue, low grade bauxite, gypsum and limestone to prepare belite sulphate aluminium cement and low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement. The proper calcining temperature was between1270℃and1320℃, and during the temperature scope, normal sulphate aluminium cement clinker could be prepared. The main clinker minerals were irregular granular C4A3S and eggs granular C2S. When the content of alkali metal in clinker was not exceeding the standard, the setting time of belite sulphate aluminium cement was normal, the28d compressive strength of the cement could be up to as high as42.4MPa, and28d flexural strength of the cement could be up to as high as6.8MPa. The content of calcium and aluminum residue and low grade bauxite were up to16%and28%respectively in preparing belite sulphate aluminium cement. Hydration products of belite sulphate aluminium cement were Aft, hydration calcium silicate gel. The best proportion to prepare low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement was Guizhou bauxite38%, Shanggao limestone40%, natural gypsum14%, calcium and aluminum residue8%. This ingredient with15%limestone and3%natural gypsum were mixed to grind and prepare low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement of which performance could be up to the requirements for42.5grade cement according to standard JC/T659-2003. Hydration products of low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement were Aft, hydration calcium silicate gel and hydration carbon calcium aluminates.
