The ultra-high pressure reactor, special equipment is widely used in modernpetrochemical industrial production and more prone to accidents. The ultra-high pressurereactor,there are more applications in a polyethylene reaction tube, is one of the keyequipment of EVA, the higher operating pressure, at home and abroad generally choose thematerial, less variety. Ultra-high pressure reactor for many years under the conditions of thenatural environment and the level change operation, the device is a risk of explosion ofspecialty pressure equipment under high temperature, flammable, explosive, toxic orcorrosive media, high pressure and other adverse factors, inevitably affected by the injury.Corrosion perforation caused by the environment in the chemical and electrochemicalcorrosion, crack growth and rupture, explosion or leakage, often complicated bycatastrophic accidents such as fires and poisoning, causing serious disasters andenvironmental pollution caused to state property huge losses, caused serious damage andharm to the socio-economic, production and people’s lives. Therefore, the detection andrepair of high pressure reactor has been subject to the attention of domestic and foreigncompanies and engineering and technical personnel.The paper uses the ANSYS software to analyze the distribution of residual stress, andit is helpful to analyze the relation of residual stress and the AE signals. In the process ofautofrettage again, meanwhile make use of technology to monitor. According to thevariation of the AE characteristics, it can be analyzed the residual stress condition ofinternal materials. Then compare it with other test results. Application of acoustic emissiontechnology assessment principles and methods of the high pressure reactor, the use ofacoustic emission technique to the high pressure reactor leak monitoring, and ultra-highpressure reactor in enhanced conditions, the defects of the acoustic emission testingtechnologyresearch, analysis of experimental data obtained, comprehensive analysis andevaluation of the chemical detection equipment. Comparison of Acoustic EmissionDetection Technology and eddy current testing data results, comparative analysis of the twodetection techniques. It can be concluded that the application of AE for the testing of activedefects and the reflection to the condition of the residual stress has feasibility and theadvantages of economy, efficiency and security.
