The oil of Daqing oil field has the characteristics of high wax,which result in waxdeposition of production well and pipeline for transportation of oil.In the process of oiltransportation,with the temperature gradually decreased,the wax in oil will crystallize andseparation,adhering to the the pipe wall,clogging the flow cross section of crude oil,reducing the transportation capacity of pipeline,increasing fuel transfer energy consumption,affecting normal transportation of crude oil,and even lead to condensate tube and greatsecurity incidents.In view of the various hazards of wax deposit to pipeline for transportation of oil,In thispaper the wax deposition regular pattern experimental study of pipeline oil are carried out,first,the characteristic parameters of oil wax appearance were analyzed,understanding of thewax eigenvalue of crude oil,viscosity-temperature characteristics and shear rcheology;Andthe experimental scheme can be designed,the experiment of oil wax regularity in differentmoisture content,different set oil temperature and different velocity of flow.After understanding the crude oil wax deposition law and anglicizing the domestic andinternational common pipe cleaning technology,we think that the PIG pigging technology hassome advantages such as:a wide range of application,the simple equipment,the higheconomic benefits and it waxes evenly with no pollution at all,because of these advantages,the PIG is chosen as the best pigging technology. Through the PIG pigging technology to thespecific oil pipeline and after the analysis of the effect,we found that it can bring enormouseconomic benefit and social benefit,annual operation cost decreased by about10000Yuan.
