Coal from Tiechanggou,Yili processing conditions of direct liquefaction wereinvestigated, and its liquefaction kinetics model was established, As well as, theeffect of five kinds of oil-soluble catalyst on its liquefaction behavior wasresearched.First of all, its analysis showed that, the coal has a characteristic of "four-highand one-low",which are high H/C, high volatile, high sulfur, high vitrinite and lowmoisture. In accordance with the structure-chemical index model in Russian, itsdegree of unsaturation δ=8.52and parameter of reduction B=16.94%,which showedthat the coal was suitable for direct liquefaction.TG-DTG analysis showed that at475.0℃, we can get the largest weight loss velocity.Secondly, with Fe2O3+S as catalysts, oil yield as the object, the effect of S/C,reaction temperature, reaction time and initial hydrogen pressure on its liquefactionperformance was inspected by L16(45). The results showed that, on the suitableliquefaction conditions, that is P(H2)=7.0MPa,T=430℃,S/C=2.5:1and θ=45min,itsyields of oil and conversion were78.14%and91.37%, respectively.What’s more, with Fe2O3+S as catalysts. Its dynamic model which has fourvelocity constants was established, and model parameters were calculated. The resultsshowed that,⑴In the initial of its liquefaction process, its mainly product ispreasphaltenes. Oil and gas were derived by preasphaltene and asphaltene indirectly.⑵Its direct liquefaction was the conventional reaction course, namely, coal'preasphaltene'asphaltene'oil+gas.⑶The dynamic model fit for itsexperimental processes within410430℃.Finally, under the suitable conditions, the catlysist was replaced by oil-solubleFe、Co and Ni, respectively. The results showed that,(1) Its maximum oil yield wasupto69.51%, when the amount of oleic acid-coated Fe3O4was3%.(2) when reactiontime was extended to60min,with a target of oil yield, the catalytic order of those catalysts was, effect oleic acid-coated Ni(OH)2>oleylamine-coated Fe3O4> oleicacid-coated Fe3O4> oleic acid-coated Co3O4> Fe2O3> oleic acid iron.⑶Oleylamine-coated Fe3O4can inhibit the formation of gas extremely, its gas yield waslow to0.
