There are little papers with isolation performance in the special paper varieties, ordinary paper is not competent for heat insulation materials, although the paper is conductor of heat, but its heat resistance is weak, so we must take "the method of processing" to change its function. Paper has many natural excellent, such as lightweight, flexible, convenient and characteristic, etc. Consequently, paper has great development potential; especially it is made special paper. Heat insulation paper is a special paper used to keep the quantity of heat of the material in a certain time, which made by ordinary paper loaded some heat insulating materials.In this study, low temperature-heat insulation papers were prepared by in-situ disposition method, which generate aluminum silicate, calcium silicate, calcium magnesium carbonate precipitation in fiber cells. The effects of various factors on the ash content of paper in the preparation process were investigated, and the synthesis conditions of the three heat insulation papers were preliminarily optimized. The results showed that, the optimal reaction conditions of aluminum silicate heat insulation paper were as follows:the beating degree of fiber is57°SR, reaction temperature and time of70℃and20min, concentration of aluminum sulfate of1.00mol·L, presoak time of30min, rotation speed of300r·min-1; Under best experimental conditions the calcium silicate heat insulation paper was made, the concentration of calcium chlorine is1.25mol/L, the beating degree of fiber is57°SR, the stirring rate300r/min, the reaction temperature and the mix time and the reaction time is60℃and30min and20min respectively; and the optimal reaction conditions of magnesium carbonate heat insulation paper were as follows:presoak time of20min, reaction temperature and time of70℃and40min, concentration of chemicals of2.00mol·L, rotation speed of300r·min-1This study also compared the strength and the coefficient of thermal conductivity of heat insulation paper and base paper, and painted temperature(T)-time(t) graph too. Scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopic analysis and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze and characterize heat insulation materials, which deposited in fiber cells.Because of high degree of white and the poor bonding strength of heat insulation material, the degree of white heat insulation papers were higher than base paper, and the strength lower than base paper. Aluminum silicate heat insulation paper surface temperature was52℃when reached thermal equilibrium and decreased33.3%compared with base paper; Calcium silicate heat insulation paper declined23.8%; Magnesium carbonate thermal insulation paper was reduced by18.47%. In the same temperature, the base paper of the coefficient of thermal conductivity was0.083w·(m·K)-1, aluminum silicate heat insulation paper was0.043w·(m·K)-1;calcium silicate heat insulation paper and magnesium carbonate heat insulation paper had dropped24.10%and14.46%respectively compared with base paper. In comparison, the heat insulation performance of aluminum silicate heat insulation paper was the best among the three, and magnesium carbonate heat insulation paper was the worst.
